Ethical channel
The Ethical Channel is the channel created by CENTUM research & technology for employees or third parties to communicate any inquiries related to the Ethical Code and Conduct, and in general, with the company’s Regulatory Compliance Model. It also serves to securely report possible violations of internal or external regulations that may apply, especially potential corrupt, anti-competitive, or criminal behaviors that may be detected.
At CENTUM RESEARCH & TECHNOLOGY, we want you to feel free and secure when you communicate any behavior that you believe may be irregular, so we guarantee that:
- We will not take any form of retaliation against you as long as you make the report in good faith, believing it to be the right thing to do.
- You can communicate with our team completely anonymously.
- All the information you provide to us will be treated confidentially.
